Thankful...

So we're back from the motherland (Georgia) and we have a lot to be thankful for. My mom is doing well. Pert's family is thriving. Jomi and Jase are in a nice new apartment. D looks well and has gained weight. And we all got together for thanksgiving dinner in Perry, Georgia. I watched 'The blindside' with momma. I still ate over my points, but I did better than last year. The drive down and back was good. I found some terrific things at the thrift store, and we even stumbled on a goodwill outlet! Lots of hugs, only tears of joy (except for that one incident). Less anxiety than I expected. It was good, and I'm grateful.
